Our software does not connect to the internet at all. There is no telemetry, update checks, or ongoing licence checks.

The Fallow website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking, or directly collect any personal information except as required for the payment and licence process or as opted into through an email subscription. The Paddle checkout process loads their strictly necessary cookies.

Paddle passes on your name, email, and country. Cloudflare hosts and serves this website and sees IP addresses.

We retain your email for lost-licence support, and for newsletter delivery if you opt in. This data is retained as long as needed, and will be deleted upon request. To request deletion, email hello@fallow.fmhello@fallow.fm.

Emails will never be shared with anyone else except with our email provider and as needed for our newsletter distribution. You can unsubscribe using the link found at the bottom of every newsletter.

Authorization is through a licence code and does not require an internet connection.

Payment is handled through Paddle.com and we never handle your payment details. We receive your name, email, and country from them for tax purposes.

You have the right to submit privacy complaints to the BC Information and Privacy Commissioner, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or to the data protection authority where you are.
